Bag:Theory is a band that operates using the Paper Bag: method of improvisation, led by percussion anarchist M. Segal and merciless guitarist Anthony Cossa, with the able assistance of former PB: bassist George Radai, reedman Marc Mylar, and occasional guest improvisers such as bassist Tom Shannon, keyboardist Matt Brown, and vibraphonist Richie Häss. They are currently gigging in the L.A. area and have just released a CD, "A Good Ass-Kicking Wears Many Faces", available through Trigon Records or Amazon.com.
